Georgia is offering full Transaction Management FREE to all New agents, agents who have been licensed less than 6 months or who are on a 70/30 split without an assigned mentor. (Georgia will pay for this.) This will give you time to learn what you need to know without getting bogged down in details. This will also give you a chance to see how everything works.
You can also continue to use this service on your own even after your split changes.
If you are not new – (have closed more than 5 deals in your real estate career) – the charges below apply if you are using our office.

This will include ALL documents from beginning to end, whether it is a listing or a buyer. Preparer will also schedule all inspections and do repair notifications.
Preparer will also make sure all required documents are signed and provided to Georgia at closing.
Preparer will also send in your commission request form to Georgia.
All paperwork will be done through Transaction Desk/Authentisign. You will provide the preparer your log in information to pull your forms.
All payments and information is to be worked out directly with your preparer.
This fee must be paid BEFORE the paperwork is done unless you work out another agreement.
This money does not go to Georgia Evans Realty. This money goes directly to the person preparing your documents.
The REALTOR is responsible for the paperwork. The REALTOR must check the paperwork for accuracy. The preparer, Georgia Evans, or Georgia Evans Realty, LLC assumes no liability for any form prepared. All paperwork will be sent to the REALTOR for approval PRIOR to sending to client for signatures.
