Utility Companies

Utility Companies will usually need a 72 hour notice to transfer or connect utilities. The seller disconnects the utilities at closing. No notice is given. All homeowners need to ensure they have allowed enough time to have the utilities transferred in to their name by closing day. For trash service, please check the trash bins from the neighbors to know what companies service this area. Your home may or may not have gas. Please verify. Gas numbers are provided in case you need to disconnect from your current residence.
